DAILY TASK

• Supervising, inspectors and monitor day to day inspections operations.
• Giving helps on testing activities.
• Liaison between internal and external departments and customer on quality related matters.
• Manpower arrangement for analytical testing and inspection activities.
• Planning based on project schedule provided by project team and allocates manpower and equipment to perform testing activity accordingly.
• Involve and organise QAQC meeting or discussion, internal and external to ensure communication and instruction receive clearly.
• Performed through regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Ensure all test report to be correctly filled up by testers and compile into final documentations.
• Site observation on installation protocol and procedures according to standard operating procedures provided by project team.
• Weekly site observation report to be submitted to QAQC manager and Project Manager for review.
• Assisting project team on final documentation compilation for final submission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer quality complaint and claims.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plan and test cases.
• Assist and/or new candidates on part visual acceptability and measurement and process procedures as required.
• Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.
• Meet the testing schedule provided by client, project team allocate manpower performing task and complete in time.
• Site observation inspection accordance to Kinetics Installation Standards Procedure and Method of Statement Provided by project team.
• Fully understand client specification and international standards code.
• Ensure site Observation Records and Non-Conformance Records rectify and buy off according to specification requirements.
• Review documents provides by vendors to ensure documents prepared according to the requirements of Kinetics Project Quality Plan.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Improvement of process implementation of Quality Systems activities in relation to procedure.
• Develop and applied testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess minimum a degree with at least 3-5 years of related working experience.

Able to work long hours to meet project schedules provided. Able to travel when required.

The QAQC Engineer must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

• Testing acceptance criteria on-site basis.
• Understand flow of testing process and procedures.
• Operation of analytical testing equipment.
• Operation of helium leak detection equipment.
• Sequence of final documentation compilation.
• Certified welding inspector (min CSWIP 3.0)
• Site weld inspection.
• Material requirement.
• Client specification.
• International code.
• Standard Operation Procedure such as ASTM, BS, MS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, ASME etc.

Working hours: Mon - Thurs (0800-1800) / Fri (0800-1700)

One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day <8 hours) and 2.0 (Off day >8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day <8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day/Public Holiday >8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00. Min. 2 hours OT per day to claim.

Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
