Penerangan Pekerjaan - Finance Executive

Job Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain all financial activities in the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare purchase orders and invoices to external partners or clients.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor financial reports, analyze trends, and provide meaningful financial information for decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and records for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately input and maintain financial data in an organized, easy-to-understand format.
  • Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required.
  • Prepare and file various tax forms and financial reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile accounts accurately and timely.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with finance and nonfinance teams.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous and process oriented with great documentation skills.
