We specialize in the sale and rental/leasing of industrial & commercial land, residential & commercial properties, as well as project marketing for property developers to both local and overseas markets. Role Description

This is a full-time real estate negotiator role with Gather Properties Sdn Bhd. The real estate negotiator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to the sale and rental/leasing of properties. This is a hybrid role located in Georgetown, with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications

• Estate Negotiator, , Sales, and Lettings skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
