Sales & Marketing Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic sales team, fostering a motivating environment that encourages growth and achievement.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans, ensuring they align with our ambitious targets for sales and collections.
• Prepare insightful sales and marketing reports for management meetings, providing real-time market information to drive informed decisions.
• Strategically plan and oversee all sales promotions and activities, ensuring maximum efficiency and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to measure, report, and improve employee performance.
• To develop marketing plans encompassing various channels such as digital marketing, advertising, social media, and events.
• Proactively seek out new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Increase brand awareness and market share.
• Work closely between client, subcontractors, suppliers, and production team to ensure the project progress and handover on time.
• Assist in solving client problems.
• Has overall responsibility for all operations in the showroom, including daily decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training on both offline and online marketing techniques and strategies.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time
• Be people-oriental and be able to work with internal and external parties professionally.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of Marketing Manager experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for motivating and managing teams.
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability.
• Able to organize work independently under minimum supervision.
• Good command of Malay, English and proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
