Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, increase market share, and maximize revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and motivation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to tailor marketing campaigns and product offerings effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, finance, and operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product launches, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Monitoring sales and marketing performance metrics, track budgets, and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in terms of speaking and writing: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin;
- Experience in related industry (plastic, furniture etc.) is advantageous;
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and make strategic decisions;
- Able to make decisions, solve problems and work with all levels;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Willing to travel.
