Senior Interior Designer

The Role: As the Senior Interior Designer at The Makeover Guys, you will set the creative direction and lead the interior design process. You will develop and execute design solutions for a diverse range of projects including residential and commercial projects. Your work will directly impact the experience for people working, living, and using the space. What You’ll Do:

• Set the creative direction for our interior design projects
• Lead the interior design process from concept development to execution
• Support the pitching process and propose design solutions that aligns with the clients vision, brand identity, and project goals
• Involvement in the pitching and tendering process to acquire developer and commercial projects
• Create mood boards, pitch decks, and proposals to present to our clients
• Provide expert design advice and deliver top-notch service through the project lifecycle
• Ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of design solutions

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant interior design or architecture experience, pitching/tendering for developer projects is a plus!
• Proficient in design softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites, and rendering software
• Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders
