Job Description
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
- Accountable to lead the development and execution of the organization's overall corporate as well as airports brand strategy, including building brand positioning and value in strengthening and uplifting MAHB's brand presence to support business growth.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION
- Develop long-term branding strategy to strengthen MAHB’s corporate brand identity and build brand value, as well as establish brand identities for key airports to maintain and elevate the company's brand image.
- Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate branding strategies into all aspects of the business.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and other brand communications.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support branding initiatives.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure alignment with branding goals and standards.
Key Challenges
- Maintaining consistency of the brand identity across a group of companies in MAHB with various stakeholders and across multiple platforms (ie physical, social media, websites)
- Building distinct brand identities for key airports while maintaining a strong corporate brand for MAHB Group.
Skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of branding principles and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant marketing skills, aviation industry experience is an advantage.
- Good at planning and organising and directing a team; prior experience with managing teams.
- Innovative and takes initiative, high level of self-discipline and results-oriented. Presentation skills and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of strategising, developing and executing successful branding strategies that drive business results.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and brand performance metrics.
- Experience working in fast-paced and constantly changing environments; managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies is a plus.

- Degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience.

- Degree preferably with Business/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Commerce/ Social Studies / Comms field
