Role: Senior Technical Recruiter Optimum Infosolutions SDN BHD, Malaysia is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Senior Technical Recruiters for our Malaysia hiring operations. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and execute full life-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, selecting, and preparing candidates for onboarding.
• Utilize creative and innovative recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and teams to understand key requirements and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searches, and other networking channels.
• Maintain applicant flow and manage the recruitment process in our Application Tracking System and Trackers.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Job Highlights: • Focus on fulfilling job orders promptly by identifying potential candidates, sourcing quickly, managing the recruitment cycle, and closing positions within SLAs.
• Requires individuals with independent work styles, strong communication skills, excellent sourcing and recruitment abilities, and exceptional negotiation skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in Malaysia, Singapore, international, or APAC recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude are a must.
