Role Description & Responsibilities
- Pitching Marketing Concepts: The video producer will be responsible for conceptualizing and pitching innovative marketing ideas and programs. This involves generating creative concepts that align with the organization's brand and objectives.
- Ideation and Storytelling : They will lead ideation sessions to develop compelling narratives and visual concepts for marketing campaigns. This includes crafting engaging storylines that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborating closely with the marketing team, the video producer will integrate video content seamlessly into broader marketing strategies. They will ensure alignment with overall campaign goals and brand messaging while leveraging video as a powerful storytelling medium.
- Post-production: Responsible for post-production tasks, the producer will handle video editing, color grading, audio mixing, and other aspects to enhance the quality and impact of the final product. This involves utilizing software tools and techniques to create polished, professional video content.
- Creative Direction: Providing creative direction throughout the production process, the producer will guide the vision for each project. This includes ensuring the final product meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Evaluation and Optimization: After production, the video producer will analyze the performance of marketing programs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. They will use data and feedback to optimize future video content and marketing strategies, driving continuous innovation and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Comes from a video production background. Covering scopes from pre-production, production and post-production.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working for creative agencies, production houses, video freelancing or other experiences equivalent to the three.
- Expertise in creating and editing motion graphics using various software tools, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Comprehensive understanding of post-production techniques such as color grading, audio mixing, and VFX to enhance asset creation.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with the content production team, including copywriters and designers, to deliver creative and original ideas.
- Ability to contribute to the development of storyboards and pitch videos.
