Webmaster Specialist (SEO skills must have)

Specific Role Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital and web marketer to join our Regional Marketing team to help deliver our digital marketing client and candidate engagement strategy.

You will help define and implement PERSOLKELLY'S Digital Marketing Strategy across APAC, supporting digital marketing activities to ensure an exceptional user experience and increase engagement with key target audiences.

This role aims to ensure all our company websites and owned digital platforms (SharePoint/Intranet, Microsites, etc) support the business growth strategies. This includes planning, developing, and implementing our customer- and candidate-facing digital channels. This role will maintain and enhance our websites and Intranet and the digital tracking and reporting for monitoring and improving their performance.

As a Webmaster Specialist, you will contribute to optimising our digital platforms as part of a dynamic APAC team focused on creating and promoting outstanding content and user experience to drive business results.

This role works directly and collaboratively with the Regional Marketing Manager in Malaysia and the Digital Marketing Manager in Australia.

Who we're after

• Someone passionate about making our websites and digital platforms a key channel for business growth and a place for our candidates, staff, and clients to engage.

• Several years' experience (minimum three years) in digital marketing and website management with some exposure to strategy and direct marketing

• A strong design background with a deep understanding of UX across mobile and desktop environments • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Strong affinity with the customer and a 'customer first' orientation

• Someone open to working flexibly, understanding we have operations across the Asia-Pacific region and many time zones.

• Strong English language and written communication skills are essential.

• Understanding different Asian cultures, including the nuances of social media platforms used in China, Vietnam, and Korea, is a bonus.

Essential Skills

• Experience and channel-specific knowledge (CRM, CMS, Website Design, Blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).

• Excellent communicator, problem solver and creative thinker, with an ability to use data and knowledge to inform decisions.

• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to draw a story from typically technical content.

• Quick to learn and past use of CMS and Marketing Automation tools. HubSpot experience is a bonus.

• Customer focus and clear understanding of the customer's needs

• Strong influencing, relationship and negotiating skills. Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written business communication skills. These skills will engage internal stakeholders and business partners, up-skill engage and motivate the relevant channels to market (branch, bids)

• Strong task management and project management skills to keep all parties involved in projects and to agreed timeframes.

• A proven ability to balance competing priorities, manage projects, prioritise, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to produce high-quality content in programs such as InDesign and Photoshop, Video production, a bonus.

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar digital marketing or website management role, preferably experienced in both a B2B & B2C environment.

• Experience in CRM and CMS development and management, as well as channel management

• Good understanding of SEO/SEM

• Experienced with Canva, Google, Analytics, Excel, and other digital tools.

• Tertiary qualification in a business and marketing discipline.

• Strong project management skills – planning, execution, issue resolution, and control.

• Must be a self-starter who can independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. • Training in digital marketing and content marketing is seen as advantageous.

• Occasional travel may be required.

• Malaysian (KL) based with flexible work with an office in the CBD.

• Ability to work flexibly across varying time zones, including with colleagues in India, New Zealand and Australia
