Server Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth understanding and practical experience with server structure and components.
• Knowledgeable about the functions and details of each server component.
• Proficient in common Linux commands, capable of independently gathering and analyzing logs.
• Skilled in autonomously troubleshooting, identifying, repairing, and resolving server malfunctions.
• Proficiency in BIOS/BMC settings interface.
• Competent in configuring SAS card RAID card setup interfaces.
• Familiar with server firmware upgrades and FRU information refreshing procedures.
• Document daily maintenance experiences, conduct training, and maintain related documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related fields.
• Preferred candidates fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay.
• Possess over 1 year of experience in post-sales operation and maintenance at server equipment manufacturers (Lenovo, H3C, Ningchang, ZTE).
• Self-driven, eager to learn, quick-thinking, resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
