Solution Engineer

• Install, Configure, Test and Maintain operating systems, enterprise application software.
• Manage and monitor all installed IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide Customer Support and System Troubleshooting.
• Deliver effective technology solutions that meet given specifications with review and mentoring by seniors in the team.
• Good interpersonal skills, responsible, independent, and able to prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment.
• Keep up to date with current and future technology trends and work with other members of the project team in order to encourage the adoption of technical innovation where appropriate in solutions. This includes maintaining knowledge of industry and competitor developments.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other computing-related course.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in IT troubleshooting (Windows server, Active Directory, Security solutions) will be added advantage.
• Ability to build good relationships with internal and external parties.
• Willing to travel as and when needed, having own transport is mandatory.
• Have good understanding of systems and networks.
• Preferably with 1-year related working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
