Talent Acquisition Executive

• Workforce Planning: Collaborating with center managers and HOD to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Talent Attraction: Creating compelling employer brand messages and leveraging various marketing channels to attract top talent, including job postings, social media, career websites, and recruitment events.
• Sourcing: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinating and arranging interviews with candidates, evaluating their suitability for specific roles, and facilitating the selection process.
• Offer Negotiation: Presenting job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions, and finalizing employment agreements.
• Onboarding: Collaborating with HR and training department to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitating their integration into the organization.
• Brand Strategy: Developing a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably specializing in Recruitment or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Ability to converse and write in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Must be able to access candidates’ technical ability, identify and match candidates’ behavioral traits.
• Computer literate and internet savvy
• Result-oriented and passionate to deliver set goals successfully
• Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
• Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment
• Pleasant personally with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
