• Meet our Hiring SLA by scouting and building relationships with talents, while utilising cutting-edge HR software for greater efficiency
• Participate in projects related to various HR functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, employee welfare, and office management
• Provide data-driven solutions to leaders in the creation of development plans that meet progression/succession and retention needs
• Actively collaborate on HR initiatives with multiple verticals in the department and organisation
• Track and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of HR-Business solutions, and measure behavioural outcomes
• Own the governance of processes and policies in the entire employee experience lifecycle
• Own the process of ensuring that employees' needs are met in the employee experience lifecycle
• Help to keep everyone engaged with the organisation's values and business direction, create systems to engage with employees and develop a feedback loop with the management team

• The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
