- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a knowledge on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 3,000 - RM 6,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8am - 4pm
Tuesday, Thursday – 9am - 5pm

- Recruit suitable candidates for various positions within the organization, utilizing effective sourcing and screening methods.
- Handle interview sessions, including scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, and conducting interviews when necessary.
- Filter candidates based on job requirements, skills, and qualifications, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.
- Manage and assist all candidates throughout the interview process, providing guidance, support, and timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain interview forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
