Treasury Management Analyst

About the Role:
Join our team as a Treasury Systems Analyst, reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, Finance Systems (TMS). You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Treasury system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and deliver enhancements, projects, and ongoing support. Your expertise in managing system support and change request enhancements within Kyriba system landscapes will be key. Key Responsibilities: Support users in resolving day-to-day system issues within agreed SLAs.
Document SOP processes based on ticket resolution and RCA.
Assist in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT.
Participate in the delivery, support, and testing of Treasury System enhancements, upgrades, and projects.
Identify process gaps and make recommendations to stakeholders.
Support auditing needs such as reporting and log analysis.
Provide recommendations for configurations and deployment lifecycles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Finance and Procurement & GTS.
Thrive in a fast-paced finance environment while delivering quality results.
Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years of functional experience with Kyriba or similar TMS.
Comprehensive understanding of Kyriba modules and capabilities.
Proficiency in key treasury processes including cash management, payment processing, and financial transactions.
Ability to engage in high-level discussions with financial and IT professionals.
Strong knowledge of support and change/enhancement request lifecycles within the Financial ERP space.
Understanding of issue prioritization, enhancement considerations, and SLAs.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
Desirable Experience: Experience in supporting or developing integration between Treasury and ERP Finance systems.
Knowledge of SOX compliance & audit controls for financial systems.
Experience in managing internal and external audits for finance processes. Treasury Manager, Treasury Management, Treasury Forex
