Reporting to the Commercial Director, this Wholesale Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence within sales function, drive customer and supplier relationships, and increase performance of the wholesale and supplier network.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify, and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesaler sell-in performances across a full portfolio of brands.
• Manage and support distribution channels/ wholesaler sales team in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the best market coverage
• Evaluate current inventory and make suggestions for continuous improvement based on market research and understanding of the purchasing habits of consumers
• Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships for products desirable to our customers
• Maintain strong business relationships with strategic partners and distribution partners
• Manage strategic partners and distribution partners' budgets and regularly evaluate performance thru business reviews.
• Responsible for all Strategic partners and distribution partners collection to deliver as per company DSO KPI.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Relevant sales and commercial leadership experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
▪ Possessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
▪ Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing P&L and analyzing financial data.
▪ Strong marketing and digital mindsets with good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and latest marketing technologies
▪ Prior experience in managing wholesale functions
▪ Prior experience in managing supplier relationships
▪ Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainability
▪ Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative
▪ Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
