Penerangan Pekerjaan - Gateway Assistant Manager

  1. Supervise the process performed by the team and confirm that the operator has completed the scanning of inbound and outbound parcels;
  2. Supervise and ensure that all distribution personnel are clear and abide by all distribution procedures;
  3. Supervise the time of parcel entry and exit of the gateway;
  4. Supervise all trunk and branch line vehicles to depart on time;
  5. Arrange the scheduling of the gateway operation department to ensure that there are enough people to work every day and to ensure that all employees know their job positions;
  6. Ensure that there are enough materials in the gateway to meet the daily operation and docking procurement personnel;
  7. Docking with other regional gateway assistant manager docking with distribution bag and return data;
  8. Confirm that the delivery time of the distribution center is in accordance with the regulations and find ways to improve the efficiency of employees during the peak period;
  9. Summarize the suggestions and difficulties put forward by the team and propose corresponding solutions;
  10. Coordinate and cooperate with field supervisors to solve problems;
  11. Deal and coach employees with problems.

工作职责:

1. 监督团队执行的流程,确认操作人员已完成入库、出库包裹的扫描;

2. 监督并确保所有管理人员清仓,遵守所有程序;

3. 监督包裹进出分拨的时间;

4. 监督所有干线、支线车辆准时出发;

5. 安排分拨运作的调度,确保每天有足够的人员上班,确保所有员工都知道自己的岗位;

6. 确保分拨内有足够的物料,以满足日常操作和对接采购人员;

7. 与其他区域副经理对接配送袋并返回数据;

8. 确认配送中心交货时间符合规定,并想方设法提高员工高峰期的工作效率;

9. 总结团队提出的建议和困难,并提出相应的解决方案;

10. 协调配合现场主管解决问题;

11. 处理并指导员工出现问题。

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years working experience in Warehousing and Gateway Management or related field;
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Word and Excel;
  • Able to communicate and write in: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin;
  • Candidate with excellent leadership skills;
  • Willing to travel to Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.
