The Material & Ingredients Planner is responsible to ensure the supply of packaging materials and ingredients to cover the demand from the factory in the short and mid/long term.

The Material & Ingredients Planner is part of the Operations function. The Operations function ensures the integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers, providing products, services and information that add value for customers and stakeholders. The function manages the sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain (warehousing, logistics and distribution) and planning processes and ensures optimal alignment between demand and supply at a global scale, taking into account efficiency, required flexibility, security of supply and considering costs, working capital, quality levels, service levels, company and society values.

For this role as a Material & Ingredients Planner, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent;
• At least a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing environment preferably in FMCG or equivalent;
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products (eg. Excel) & SAP is required;
• Strong planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail required;
• To have the ability to communicate in English (fluent);
• Bi-lingual ability in oral and writing will be an added advantage;
