VP Supply Chain, European MNC

Our client is a leading European multinational with a strong APAC presence, headquartered in Singapore.

They are currently seeking a strategic VP Supply Chain to optimize their supply chain operations in Malaysia, which includes a supply team of over a few hundred staff. Reporting to APAC HQ, you'll oversee warehousing, transportation sourcing, costing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and trends to assess performance.
• Advise senior management on strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in supply chain management, 5+ in senior leadership.
• Expertise in warehousing, transportation sourcing, costing, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin advantageous.
