Warehouse Assistant Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Job Description: -

• Manage the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety aspects.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations of warehouse.
• Implementing policies and procedure for warehouse operation.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular physical counts, maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, including out-bound and in-bound activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team productivity.

Qualifications / Experience: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong working knowledge in of warehouse operation and management.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Skills: Excel, Words and Power Point
