Warehouse Assistant / Packer (E-Commerce)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Pick & Pack: Pick items according to customer orders and pack them properly for shipment.

根据订单准备商品，并妥善包装货物以便出货。

2) Quality Check (QC): Check goods for any defects, damage, or quality issues before shipment.

检查货物是否有破损、瑕疵或其他品质问题，确保出货品质。

3) Stock Take: Conduct regular stock counts to ensure actual stock matches the system records.

定期库存检查，确保实际库存数量与系统记录一致。

4) Receiving & Replenishment: Check incoming goods against purchase orders and arrange items properly in the storage area.

检查到货是否与采购订单一致，并妥善安排货物入库及排货。

5) Cross-department Coordination: Work closely with other departments (Purchasing, Customer Service, etc.) when needed.

根据工作需要，与采购、客服等其他部门进行协调与配合。

Job Requirements:

1. No education requirement – we hire based on attitude!
2. Must have own transport.
3. Comfortable standing for extended periods, especially during packing.
4. Attention to detail and responsible.
5. Willing to learn and hardworking.
6. Positive working attitude and a good team player.
7. Able to read and understand basic English instructions.
8. Able to operate simple electronic devices (scanner, PDA, computer, etc.).
9. BONUS if you have warehouse/inventory working experience.
