Role Description Join our team as a Payroll Intern, where you'll excel in precise data entry, meticulous file maintenance, and ensuring payroll accuracy. You'll also contribute to ad hoc projects while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. Principle Accountabilities:

• Assist in easy payroll data entry.
• Assist in maintaining employee payroll files and archiving to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Assist in checking payroll input for data entry accuracy.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments. 
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality with all material within the workplace.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Enrolled in a University/College Degree or Diploma Program.
• Good oral and written communication. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fast Learner-Ability to learn and grasp knowledge relating to the job functions.
