Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administration Assistant Internship

Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
Keep records and reports up to date
Support company operations - SKM by completing operational requirements
Responsible in handling SKM arrangement - SKM registration, logbook, portfolio, audit, PPL
Responsible in communicating with students about verification audit, SKM logbook & exam, claim and document signing.
Achieve company objectives by following up on work results

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills - Chinese, English & Malay language
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Able to work well with others
Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
Responsible for the work, careful handling of documents and information
Positive and good working attitude
