What you'll be doing -

Intern to assist the Finance Data & Application Support team (Master data and maintenance, User support, Excel tool customization) on day-to-day operational support, perform various administrative tasks and also have opportunity to participate in Finance departmental projects.

• Learn and apply basic day-to-day work, activities, or projects in global shared services environment.
• Assist on Master Data Maintenance in Infor SunSystems and support finance department.
• Monitor all delivery of digital data to Microsoft Excel and other tools and assist in explanation and customization.
• Involve in exploring improvement opportunities within team / cross department through continuous improvement (CI), process automation, and transformation projects.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate and support in staff engagement initiative.

What you need -

• Currently a student in Finance and/or Accounting Degree, Mathematics, IT or equivalent
• Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output
• Good in problem solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
• Knowledge of accounting and mathematical aptitude is required.
• Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) is required.
• Proficiency in coding language in VBA, R, Python or relevant programming is a preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office 365 in Forms, Power Automate & SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
