Penerangan Pekerjaan - Internship - HR

Roles and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and company platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Help gather feedback from employees and participate in analyzing employee engagement surveys.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Assist in preparing new hire orientation materials and schedules.
  • Coordinate the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support offboarding processes by assisting in exit interviews and documentation.
Training and Development:
  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Help maintain training records and track employee development progress.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Compliance:
  • Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
