Role Description
You will be responsible for payroll administrative tasks and assisting the payroll teams with daily tasks. Key Accountabilities

• Assist in easy payroll data entry.
• Assist in maintaining employee payroll files and archiving to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Assist in checking payroll input for data entry accuracy.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments. 
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality with all material within the workplace.

Person Specification 

• Enrolled in a University/College Degree or Diploma Program 
• Good oral and written communication 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
• Fast Learner-Ability to learn and grasp knowledge relating to the job functions
