The Position

We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented People Development & Operations Intern to join our team. As a People Development & Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the People Development & Operations Specialist within the People & Culture team. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the following:

• Support the processing, application and submission process related to the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training grant and claims

• Assist to update the HRDC training grant tracker with relevant data and input 

• Render support for on ground coordination tasks related to Learning & Development programs organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team

• Assist to update the site training calendar with relevant data and input 

• Liaison support with the stakeholders or requestors related to HRDC grant and training related matters

• Render support for site initiatives and events organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team

• Assist to compile related raw data for scheduled meetings and reporting purpose 

• Render support for new joiners’ onboarding and induction program 

Who you are:
You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field. You should convince us with the following skills and competencies:
