Roche Diagnostics  is looking for a qualified intern to join our Customer Support team as Customer Support Intern (Medical Application), you will be responsible for ensuring the success of managing and executing the customer support strategy by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.

The Opportunity:

• You are assisting to perform and install application setup

• You are responsible in troubleshooting support and evaluation

• You are assisting in conduct operator training for customer and internal team members aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and provide efficient customer support.

The length of the internship will vary according to business needs

Who you are:

• You are an undergraduate with minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in biomedical sciences, bioengineering, biochemistry, medical laboratory technology, or any related discipline

• You possess good understanding of basic laboratory techniques and principles.

• You have experiences in the planning, execution, and analysis of laboratory data.

• You are efficient, organized, details oriented and result driven.

• You are able to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.

• You are a team players demonstrated by the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

• You have ongoing interest in digital services, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

• You possess strong work ethic and understanding of importance of quality customer service

• IT experience will be an added advantage
