Job Details:
You will be working for 5 days, from 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Allowances:
Diploma holder - RM 700
Degree holder - RM900

Job Description (HR Administration Intern)
HR activities (60% - constitute more than half of weekly workload)
Prepare employment contract and other related documents
Maintain all necessary personnel and payroll records for contract employees
Print timesheets and calculate pay wages and benefits for contract employees
Register for medical insurance as approved by customers
Filing payroll documents such as CS invoices, personal files and payroll summary
Reconciliation of medical insurance record
Issue CS invoice and key in Journal entry in the accounting system
Assist in payroll
Administrative duties (10%-remaining time of weekly workload)
Assist front desk on incoming calls, take messages where applicable
Provide office, clerical, and administrative support and coordination
Photocopy and scan relevant documents as instructed by a mentor.
Perform any ad hoc duties as and when required by mentor and management.
