Penerangan Pekerjaan - Access Control Technical Support

  • Knowledge of access control systems
  • Experience in installation of access control equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot access control systemsMonitor, maintain and troubleshoot access control systems
  • Perform regular maintenance of hardware and software components
  • Repair and replace faulty equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Update system databases and user accounts
  • Test and calibrate components and system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Train users on access control systems
  • Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes

  • 5.5 days / week
  • 9am - 6pm
  • Public Holidays
  • Office hours
