Content Creation

• Design, create, and edit content in various formats such as videos, images, gifs, and texts using digital tools
• Assist with the posting and sending of creative or interactive content to the target audience, for example, posting on social media, sending email marketing campaigns and updating community boards

Social Media Account Management -Assist with the maintenance and management of our social media accounts including but not limited to instagram, youtube, linkedin, and facebook Website and CRM Management

• Assist with the maintenance and updating of the Company’s website
• Assist with the monitoring and management of contacts/leads on the Company’s CRM tool, Hubspot

Ads Management -Assist with the monitoring and management of paid ads on platforms such as Google and Instagram Research and Reports

• Conduct market research to identify market trends and competition
• Prepare reports for each marketing campaign and initiative

Events and Daily Tasks

• Assist with organising events
• Undertaking other daily administrative tasks
