Media Buying Intern

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations.

. Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.

. Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly.

DELIVERABLES
1. Work closely & build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings
2. Media Reports/Invoices

. Generate media spend reports by each client.

. Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
3. Overall

. Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines.

. Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Eagerness to learn and passion for the advertising industry
