Internship Scope Work alongside Finance team in all things accounting and finance - from day to day processes, weekly and monthly reporting of financial information Support in accounts payable function (e.g. process invoices, vendor payments and expense reimbursements) Support in accounts receivable function (e.g. issue quotations, invoices and debt recovery) Support in administration function (e.g. record keeping, inventory management and managing Shopee orders) ️ Responds to ad hoc requests for financial information and operational analysis Responsible in handling a project throughout the internship period - this focuses on solving a major problem related to the finance operations Perks  Hybrid working arrangement — we are flexible  Monthly Lunch and Learn sessions  Paid internship — RM1,000/month  Convenient location — near Ampang Park LRT and MRT [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-oyen-insurance-job-accounting-finance-intern-0] Skills and Requirements Knowledge in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel formula is an advantage - don’t worry, we will also teach you!
