E-Learning Materials Development:  -Work closely with the team to enhance the overall quality and interactivity of existing training materials. -Evaluate and prepare content suitable for conversion into e-learning modules, e.g. structuring content, transcribing recordings, developing scripts. -Explore and utilize AI-generated voice or video technology to create audio narrations or video content for e-learning modules. -Test and troubleshoot e-learning materials to ensure functionality and accessibility across devices and platforms.  Content Development and Training:  -Assist in researching and gathering relevant information for training materials. -Support the development of engaging and informative content for training resources, e.g., enhancing decks, preparing newsletters, etc. -Assist the team in planning and facilitating training sessions, monitoring learning outcomes, as well as performing daily operations and any ad-hoc tasks, as and when assigned.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-silverlake-axis-sdn-bhd-job-intern-content-development-0] -Undergraduate Bachelor Degree in Multimedia Design, Communications, Marketing, IT, Education, or related field.  -Experience in multimedia production tools (e.g, audio or video editing software), content creation and development, e-learning tools, or learning management systems would be an added advantage.  -Proficient in spoken and written English. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
