Responsibilities -To assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives -Travel on site to inspect on-going arrangements, preparations, and changes needed to meet the needs of the client -Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers -To assist in the hiring of event personnel (DJs, crews, etc.) -Coordinate all operations and promotional activities for the event -Conduct post-mortem of events -Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships   [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-shockwave-sdn-bhd-job-interns-event-june-dec-2024] Qualification and Skills -Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management or related field -Computer savvy -Knowledge in social media marketing is an added advantage -Good communication skills -A knack for problem-solving -Customer-service oriented and a team player -Willing to learn and take on additional roles -Fluent in both spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
