Communication: -Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions. -Clearly communicate product features, policies, and procedures to customers. Documentation: -Record and maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records. -Summarize and report common customer issues for process improvement. Customer Feedback: -Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. -Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
