   -Provide Technical Support: Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for ManageEngine and Trend Micro products, including incident resolution, problem diagnosis, and escalation management. -System Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of ManageEngine applications such as ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, and Applications Manager. Support the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of these systems. -Security Management: Support the deployment, configuration, and management of Trend Micro security solutions, including endpoint protection, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems. Assist in monitoring security events and responding to threats. -Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials related to ManageEngine and Trend Micro products. Share insights and best practices with the team. -Project Assistance: Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and integrations involving ManageEngine and Trend Micro technologies. Assist in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support. -End-User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of ManageEngine and Trend Micro tools and systems. Assist in resolving user queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. -Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring system performance, security events, and compliance metrics using ManageEngine and Trend Micro monitoring tools. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary. -Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
