Responsibilities: -Conduct research on trademark, patent and industrial design laws, precedents, and regulations.  -Support agents in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and reports regarding intellectual property matters. -Conduct due diligence and assist in trademark and design infringement investigations. -Collaborate with the IP team to analyze and manage intellectual property portfolios. -Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc legal tasks as required.
