In this role you will: Inside Sales: -Shadowing sales representatives to learn about the sales process, customer interactions, and strategies for achieving sales targets. Customer Service: -Responding to customer inquiries via Hubspot, phone, and email. -Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Operations: -Assisting in the planning and execution of operational processes and procedures. -Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
