WHAT YOU WILL DO -Support the department in overall procurement operations and processes by monitoring and maintaining healthy inventory levels. -Perform physical counts of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports. -Coordinate with colleagues and suppliers on the goods received and outbound deliveries.  -Tracks orders and investigate if problems arise. -Perform routine administrative duties, including data entry to maintain a structural vendor database of information like purchase records, order lead-time, in-bound transit time, GR processing time and other relevant information. -Ensuring the inventory areas are adhering to 5S system for organised space. -Assist IT Support team in delivery preparation and checking, e.g prepare hardware, record serial number, paste warranty and stickers etc.    Interns who excel and are near graduation may be offered full-time position for department growth.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-qube-apps-solutions-sdn-bhd-job-procurement-inventory-internship] WHO WE WANT -Able to take on the intern role for minimum 3 months duration (12 weeks). -Candidate with at least SPM (Pass) qualification. Preferably candidates obtaining higher education studies in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, International Business, Business Administration or equivalent. -Working understanding of inventory and operation management. -Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems ie. get to know and use our existing ERP and computer softwares. -Meticulous with close attention to details. -Good and effective communication, especially in inter-department communications. -Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently.
