Engage AI is the Second Brain to B2B SMB owners. It captures all conversational data, including social media, emails, and chat applications like Slack, Zoom Teams, WhatsApp, etc. Using Engage AI, users can easily search and retrieve private conversational data during conversations to deepen relationships and generate revenue opportunities.  We have grown to 50k users worldwide and generated revenue since our launch in 2023. My mission To deliver a delightful experience for 1,000,000 users by designing digital products, which consist of browser add-ons, web applications, mobile apps, and a website that are user friendly and high-quality. In this role, I will get these outcomes done -Craft pixel-perfect UI wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs  -Translate requirements into detailed journey maps, -Optimise and develop the designs and experience of new and existing features, for web application, browser extensions and website, -Ensure frontend applications are user friendly and solving user problems across different browsers, operating systems, and devices, -Build reusable design library to create web pages and frontend applications, -Work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams to help define problem statements and advocate for users. -Talk to our customers and do research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement What’s in it for me -Base salary, yearly performance bonus PLUS equity stock with high growth potential -Flexible working arrangements - create the best work blend while working from your home, anywhere in the world and/or the local co-working space -Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities -Work-Life Balance: 20 vacation days per annum  -Be part of the founding team for an ambitious AI startup  Diversity  At Engage AI, we value diversity. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-engage-ai-job-ui-ux-intern]   Critical competency of an A player: -You’re an expert in your craft with a great eye for design and able to create functional and delightful interface designs -Ambitious, intelligent, and energetic, who wants to evolve beyond current skill sets and become an A player. -4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Designer or Service Designer role in a Consumer SaaS product or founding/operating at a startup. -Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite -Proactive, follow-through on commitments, organisation and planning to get things done without being told. -Flexible/adaptable to quickly changing priorities in startup environments. -Strategic thinking with creativity, who can see the big picture and generate new and innovative solutions to solve problems. -Strong listening and communication skills to interview and understand what customers really want -Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within consumer tech and/or SaaS industry -Great attention to detail -Pragmatic in balancing delivery deadlines with perfect solutions -Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and share your knowledge with the broader team
