Accounting Intern

## What you\u2019ll do\n\nProvide accounting transaction processing support in accordance with established processes, work procedures, SOX requirements and local company legal and statutory requirements.\n\nRoles \u0026 responsibilities:\n\n\u2022 Assist in e-invoicing activities. \n\u2022 Support data entry procedures. \n\u2022 Assist in reconciling bank statements/vendor statements and reporting the variances. \n\u2022 Review and validate customer/vendor audit confirmation letters and obtain authorized signatures. \n\u2022 File and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents. \n\u2022 Carry out reporting activities and analysis as instructed by supervisor. \n\u2022 Assist in month-end and quarter-end accounting close process. \n\u2022 Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager. \n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n\u2022 Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant field \n\u2022 Willingness to learn on the job \n\u2022 Good communication skills in English \u2013 both oral and written \n\u2022 Good organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail \n\u2022 Able to prioritize and adhere to deadlines \n\u2022 Able to work in a team-oriented environment \n\u2022 Good computer skills\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
