Penerangan Pekerjaan - Buying Support Intern (Modest Wear Category)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Order Placement & Coordination

Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers.
Track order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Supplier Communication

Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
Maintain updated records of supplier details and cost sheets.

Product Development & Fittings

Participate in sample fittings and provide input on design, fit, and cost efficiency.
Help evaluate samples and make recommendations for approval or revisions.

Inventory & Merchandising Support

Assist in inventory tracking and stock level analysis.
Help plan and execute product assortment strategies.

Campaign & Visual Coordination

Support catalog and campaign shoots by preparing samples and relevant sku lists.

Administrative Duties

Prepare purchase orders, costing sheets, and reports.
Organize product samples and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
