Job Description

Job Summary:



Are you eager to explore both Human Resources and Finance in a fast-paced, real-world setting? Join our Corporate team as an HR & Finance Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of core functions to support and scale business operations. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow professionally, this internship offers a strong foundation in both people and business operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including but not limited to job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and other related recruitment activities as needed.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns (online and offline)
  • Support people development efforts in onboarding and orientation, training sessions and employee engagement initiatives, aiming to build a high performance team and positive culture.
  • Maintain and update candidate  records and databases.
  • Assist with various payroll and attendance-related tasks, including reviewing attendance, leave, and overtime records, as well as supporting related administrative duties.
  • Process business activity transactions such as customer receipts, procurement orders and employee claims.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate unit.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for HR & Finance.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
