Role Overview

Join Maxis as a Corporate Strategy Intern and gain valuable exposure to strategic planning, business analysis, and corporate transformation initiatives. In this role, you will support the Corporate Strategy team in conducting market research, analysing industry trends, evaluating business opportunities, and preparing strategic recommendations that support the company's long-term growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills while working in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Industry Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to support strategic planning and business decision-making.

Business Analysis & Insights:
Analyse business performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop insights to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

Strategic Project Support:
Assist in the execution of strategic projects, including business case development, project tracking, benchmarking exercises, and cross-functional initiatives.

Presentation & Reporting:
Prepare presentations, reports, and management materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with various business units to gather information, understand business challenges, and support the development of strategic solutions.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related fields.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Excellent research, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
