Recording and Updating Commitment Fees-Cash/Online Transfer Payments:-Update daily via WhatsApp group.-Reconcile receipts with bank statements.-Record in payment tracking for invoicing.-Other Mediums (Senangpay, Billplz, Stripe):-Update daily via website.-Record in payment tracking for invoicing.2. Reconcile Payments from Other Platforms-Ipay88:-Record for invoicing in payment tracking.3. Keying in Receipts in Aa Finance System-Customer Receipts:-Ensure amounts match between system and receipts.-Attach all supporting documents.-Expenditure Receipts:-Ensure amounts match between system and receipts.-Attach all supporting documents.4. Managing and Answering Customer Queries-Assist with operational and administrative functions.-Answer and direct incoming calls.5. Perform Other Duties as Assigned-Perform daily administrative tasks (photocopying, filing, mailings).-Support manager and other areas as needed.
