Finance Intern (September Intake)

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day finance operations including data entry, documentation, and filing of financial records.
• Support the preparation and review of monthly reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Help reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support finance-related projects.
• Assist in preparing finance training materials (presentations, guides, and reference documents) for internal team learning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing finance activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Team.

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fast learner with a hands-on approach and a sense of ownership in task completion.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP), PowerPoint
• Responsible and committed to meeting timelines and delivering quality work
