HR Services Internship - Your new role?

As a HR Services intern, your role is to provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Services team focusing on Advisor support by administration. You will be reporting to the HR Services Manager and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.

Key Requirements:

• You will work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration


• You will send out reminders and follow up on pending activities


• Workflow monitoring and reminders ( weekly 50 emails at least)


• Manual data entries into the HR system


• Easy cases handling


• Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration

Your professional profile includes:

• Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR).


• Able to carry out an internship for a duration of 3-6 months. 


• Proficient in English. Knowledge of additional language such as Mandarin is an added advantage.


• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).


• Advance knowledge on Excel is an added advantage.


• Possess customer focused attitude, keen for continuous improvement and motivated.
