  • Manage the department’s central repository and land/regulatory registry in order to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and quick retrieval of critical agreements by enforcing internal document management procedures and archiving all official correspondences.

  • Log, track, and map community grievances and mediation activities in order to mitigate reputational and operational risks for PETROS by compiling facts on disputes, drafting initial case briefs for the team, and ensuring timely close-out of action items.

  • onduct preliminary research and draft baseline content for special projects or emerging policy briefs in order to expand departmental bandwidth by gathering data on specific land, environmental, or energy inquiries as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Land Management, Law, Public Relations, Communications, Environmental Science, Social Science, or a related field with coursework covering land law, community relations, and environmental regulations.

  • Internship or academic project experience in regulatory affairs, public policy, CSR, or stakeholder engagement is an added advantage.
